On September 26, 2011, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) issued a hazardous waste management facility operating license for Environmental Geo-Technologies, LLC (EGT), pursuant to Part 111, Hazardous Waste Management, of Michigan's Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended. The License allows EGT to operate the aboveground hazardous waste treatment and storage operations at its facility located at 28470 Citrin Drive in Romulus, Michigan.
