The issuance of citations for No Site Plan Approval, Unlicensed Businesses, Soil and Excavating, Dangerous Buildings, Expansion of Non-Conforming uses, Property Maintenance Codes, No Certificate of Occupancy, No Permits, Height Limitations, Right of Entry, Use and Occupancy, Additions, Alterations and Repairs, Dangerous/Deteriorated Buildings, Fence Maintenance, Site Grading, Home Occupations, etc.
Depending on the violation, a warning letter or written warning is issued usually given 10 days to comply. Failure to comply will result in a citation being issued which will require a court appearance.
