BUSINESS REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCE

Article II, Chapter 30, Section 30-25(c) - Renewal registration procedure; form of application

"The applicant for the renewal of a certificate of registration shall submit an application for such certificate to the City Clerk. Such business registration shall expire on the anniversary of the issuance of the certificate. The application shall be a written statement upon forms provided by the City Clerk; such form shall include affirmation to be sworn by the applicant."

$75 Business Registration Fee (Check or Money Order Payable to the City of Romulus or Online Payment)

MUST COMPLETE ENTIRE APPLICATION EVEN IF BUSINESS INFORMATION HAS NOT CHANGED.

Please Note: The issuance of a registration certificate is not a determination that the applicant complies with all the building codes and/or zoning ordinances of the City.
