Closed Business Statement

Per local ordinance, any profit or nonprofit enterprise operating in Romulus is required to register with the Clerk’s Office and renew their registration annually. However, if a business has closed or no longer operates in Romulus, the Clerk’s Office requires a written statement to this effect. This written statement should include the name of the business, the location, and the approximate last date of operation.
