Romulus Public Art Project 2024

The Romulus Arts Council is seeking 2D artists and photographers to submit high quality images for a permanent outdoor public art installation in June 2024. This year’s theme is “Acts of Community Service through Art.”

The Top Three Artists will win Cash Prizes.  

1st Place Prize $1,000

2nd Place Prize $500 3rd Place Prize $250

Up to 8 additional artists will receive $50 for Honorable Mention and have their work reproduced and displayed  in the City of Romulus Downtown.

Entry Fee:  $25 for 3 images

Deadline for submission:  April 15, 2024 / winners will be announced before the first Sounds in Downtown Concert on Friday, June 14, 2024 with a  light reception included.  Artists may display their Art for Sale at the Reception.
